01Who we are

This website is run by Supro Group: Aurelia International (HK) Co., Limited (Hong Kong), Supro International Trading Co., Ltd. (Shanghai) and Shanghai Yinqian Industrial Co., Ltd. (Shanghai). In this policy, "we" means these three companies.

02What we collect

When you send the contact form: your name, company, e-mail, phone or WhatsApp number, country, the product area you choose and your message.

With every form message, for protection against spam: your IP address, your browser type and the country your connection comes from.

Nothing else. This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies and no analytics tools. If you switch to the dark theme, that choice is saved only in your own browser.

03Why we use it

To answer your inquiry, send you a confirmation and a quotation, and follow up on the business we do together.

To keep spam and abuse out of the form.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for their marketing.

04Where it is stored

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. A form message is held there for a few minutes at most, then moved into our own business system, which our team in China runs, and deleted from Cloudflare.

So your data is processed in China, by the same people who answer you. By sending the form, you agree to this transfer.

E-mails between us go through our e-mail provider, as with any e-mail.

05Other services your browser contacts

The container planner and the import guide load current exchange rates from open.er-api.com. That service sees your IP address, as any website you visit does; it receives none of your form data.

Map links open Google Maps or Amap, and the links in "Verify us" open the official company registers. Their own privacy policies apply there.

06How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not lead to business are deleted at the latest 3 years after your last contact with us.

For clients, we keep contact details for as long as we work together, and invoices and order records for as long as accounting and tax law requires.

07Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or withdraw your consent. Write to sales@supro.cc; we answer within 10 business days.

We follow the data protection laws of the countries we serve, such as Colombia's Ley 1581 de 2012, Peru's Ley 29733, Ecuador's Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos Personales, Chile's Ley 19.628 and Costa Rica's Ley 8968. You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country.

08Changes

If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top.
