Our story

A buyer in Bogotá who orders twelve thousand tumblers from a factory near Ningbo often sees them for the first time when the container is opened. By then, every problem has already crossed the Pacific.

Most of what goes wrong in importing is not bad faith. It is distance, and the silence that distance creates.

So we work where the products are made. Our team in Shanghai visits factories, approves samples against the client's reference, follows production day by day and inspects goods before they are packed into a container.

When something is wrong, we say so while it can still be fixed, and we send the photos.

We learned early that good intentions don't scale. Records do. So we built our own system to hold every order: the client's purchase order, the factory orders behind it, the inspection reports, the shipping marks and the export documents.

It means anyone on our team can answer the question every importer asks: where is my order, and is it right?

As the work grew, we gave each part of it its own company. Aurelia in Hong Kong signs contracts and invoices our international clients. Supro in Shanghai looks after clients and product development. Yinqian, also in Shanghai, handles factory sourcing and purchasing.

One team runs all three, so our clients always talk to the same people.
